Generate Smart Insights with Text/Image Processing

Smart Data Insights - Dashboard Data vs External Text/Image:

1. RubiAI allows you to generate Smart Insights wrt dashboard data and the uploaded Text/Image file.
   
2. You can attach any file in the text formats- word, , csv, excel, pdf, text and image formats- jpeg, png, gif.
   
3. The Smart Insights are generated based on the data in the attached file and the currently displayed data on the dashboard page.
   

To use this functionality, follow below steps:

1.     Navigate to View Mode of dashboard

2.     Click RubiAI icon to show Insights pane

The different labels in the Insights screen as in above screenshot are:

1-     Toggle icon to switch between Insights Pane and Commentary panes

2-     Expand icon

3-     Tools icon

4-     Generate icon

3.    Click the Tools icon, you will get below options:

The options displayed on click of Tools icon are as follows with their functionalities/use:

Attach	To attach the text or image files for processing and getting Smart Insights
Export Whole Chat in PDF	To generate the PDF file of all available chat data in Insights pane
Export Whole Chat in Word	To generate the Word file of all available chat data in Insights pane
Clear Chat	To clear the chat in Insights Pane

 

4.    Click ‘Attach’ option to browse and upload the file in text/image format. Only single file attachment is allowed.

5.     The attached file is displayed in the input box with name.

6.     Add a prompt to query with respect to the attached file and the dashboard data (displayed data on the charts).

7.     Click Generate button.

8.     Wait for the response. The data as per the query is displayed as the response in the panel.

 

 

Supporting Options:

Below are the options available in the recent query conversation.

Name	Icon	Purpose
Refresh		To ask the model to give another version of the same answer to your last prompt.
Copy		To copy the entire response text to your clipboard. You can then paste it anywhere (e.g., docs, code editor, email) without manually selecting text.
Download		To save the response as a file (.pdf format) directly to your device.

Limitations

·         The querying based on the associated datasets and context based on more than 2 datasets is not supported and may not respond to the accurate data as expected. Only data displayed on the dashboard charts is considered for answering the queries of data processing.
