RubiSight Mobile Application – Home Screen

·        The Home Screen is the default landing page after you log in to the RubiSight Mobile Application.

·        It provides quick access to dashboards, recent activity, and navigation menus for seamless exploration of insights.

1. Profile Icon and Workspace

·        Located at the top-left corner, the Profile Icon (as in above figure,) displays the initials of your username (e.g., “RP”).

·        Next to it, the workspace name (e.g., Company_2) indicates your current workspace within the selected or default tenant.

·        Tapping the profile icon opens your account menu, where you can:

  • View user details
  • Switch tenants or workspaces
  • Log out of the application


2. At a Glance View

·        This section provides a quick overview of key dashboards for instant access.

·        These are like bookmarks for quick navigation to the respective dashboard from which the chart belongs to, to check other insights.

·        You can get instant/quick insights from the chart itself added in At a Glance View.

·        This section displays up to 10 dashboards from the current workspace which respective logged in user has added to the At a Glance View.

·        Swipe left or right to browse through the dashboards.


3. Recently Opened Dashboards

·        You can immediately access the recently accessed dashboards from mobile applications.

·        This section displays the 10 most recently accessed dashboards.

·        The first 6 dashboards are shown on the Home Screen (arranged in 2 rows with 3 dashboards each).

·        Use swipe gestures (left/right) to view more dashboards.

·        For first-time users/fresh installed application users, dashboards appear in the same order as the RubiSight web application.

·        To view all recent dashboards, tap the “View All” option.

·        Each dashboard card includes:

  • Dashboard Name
  • Project Name
  • Created By
  • Created On

·        Tapping a dashboard card navigates directly to that dashboard view.


4. Navigation Tabs

·           Located below the “At a Glance” section, these tabs let you quickly filter dashboard categories:

Recent

Displays dashboards accessed recently in the mobile app.

Favourite

Lists dashboards marked as favourites.

Sample

Shows sample dashboards available for demo or exploration.

 

·        When you open the application, the Recent tab is active, displaying dashboards in order of latest access.

 

Recent Tab:

·        Refer Recently Opened Dashboard section for more details.

 

Favourite Tab:

·        This tab shows the dashboards which are added to favourites by the respective user.

·        This functionality is common to both Web Application and the RubiSight Mobile Application. Means same dashboards are displayed as favourites when accessed from both sides.

·        You can add or remove dashboards from Favourite by cicking star icon ()of upper side of the dashboard card to make it .
       There is no limit to add the dashboards to the favourite tab.

 

Sample Tab:

·        This tab shows the sample dashboards for reference, as provided by Rubiscape Team.

·        These are dashboards from our sandbox environment.

5. Bottom Navigation Menu

Located at the bottom of the screen for easy access to main app areas:

Home

Displays the Home Screen (default view after login)

Projects

Opens your list of projects and dashboards

More

Opens additional options such as settings, help, and user info


Note: You always start on the Home navigation menu after logging in.

 

Dashboard Card Options:

  1. Clicking the dashboard card navigates you to the respective dashboard.

  1. Clicking vertical ellipsis option ()  on the dashboard gives you option of ‘Copy URL’.

  1. Click Copy URL option and you can open the respective dashboard from any browser or else you can use it for sharing the dashboard to other user.
