Highlight- Configure Retain Table Style

The option Retain Table Style, is available to configure highlight with table style retained.

This option is available in Highlight configuration for Table, Sparkline and Cross Table.

For Cross Table the highlight configuration done as below:







The background color is also set with default formatting using- Retain Table Style option.


If this configuration is set enabled, the chart shows the plotted data as below, showing only style icons for the highlighted cells:

 

For sparkline the chart configured with Retain Table Style as below for the column- _Item Type:



Note that, on checking the checkbox for Retain Table Style removes the Background Color option from the Highlight modal and Table style is considered to set this formatting.

The changes on chart are reflected for the _Item Type as below:


For the highlighted values in _Item Type column, the values other than ‘Meat’ are highlighted with set configuration – Font 21 and Table style retained as Alternate Row.

Same is applicable with other Table Style formatting. The same table style is referred for highlighted cells.
