Using Save As Option

After creating a data dictionary, you can make a copy of it with a different name using the Save As option. For creating a data dictionary, refer to Creating New Data Dictionary.
To use Save As option, follow the steps given below.

  1. Open the data dictionary you want to make a copy of.
    To open the existing data dictionary, refer to Editing Data Dictionary.
  2. Click the Save As icon () on the top right corner of the Data Dictionary page.
    Data Dictionary Save As page is displayed.
  3. Enter the Name and Description for the data dictionary.
  4. Click Save.



A copy of the data dictionary is saved with a new name, and a confirmation message is displayed.
This data dictionary is displayed on the Home page under Datasets like all other datasets.
