- The Recently Opened Dashboards section in the RubiSight Mobile App allows users to quickly reopen dashboards they accessed earlier.
- This improves navigation efficiency and helps users resume their analysis seamlessly.
1. Accessing Recently Opened Dashboards
You can open the list of recently used dashboards from any dashboard page.
Steps:
- In the dashboard screen, tap the Floating Action Button (FAB)
on the right side.
- A vertical menu of icons will appear.
- Tap the Recent Dashboards icon,
(clock/history symbol).
- The Recently Opened Dashboards panel will slide up, showing your recent dashboards.

2. What the Recently Opened List Contains
- The system displays the 10 most recently accessed dashboards from the mobile app.
- For first-time mobile users, this list appears in the same order as the web application.
- Each dashboard entry displays:
- Project Name
- Dashboard Name
- Total Page Count (e.g., Pages: 6)
- Star Icon for adding/removing favourites
3. Expanding a Dashboard to View PagesEach dashboard row has an arrow icon (˅) next to the dashboard title.Clicking the arrow allows you to:
- Expand the dashboard section (accordion).
- View all pages available within that dashboard.
- See page names and their page numbers (e.g., Page: 3).
This helps users quickly understand the structure of each dashboard before opening it.
4. Navigating to a Page
Within the expanded dashboard:
- Tap any page to directly navigate to that specific page in the selected dashboard.
- The dashboard opens immediately, showing the widgets of the selected page.
This avoids going through the main dashboard entry and saves navigation time.
5. Marking Dashboards as Favourite
The Star icon next to each dashboard allows you to manage favourites. When marked as Favourite the dashboard gets added to ‘Favourite’ tab on Home Screen for ease of access of the dashboard:
- Tap ⭐ to add a dashboard to favourites.
- Tap ⭐ again to remove it from favourites.
- Favourited dashboards appear in the Favourites tab of the app.
This helps users create a personalized quick-access list.
